The diagram emphasizes the connection between the cervical spine and the shoulder, using soft watercolors for subtle shading. Second Illustration (Top Right): This study focuses on the horse's lower jaw, specifically the mâchoire inférieure (lower jaw), illustrating the teeth and their positions.
