An exceptional set of three vintage Italian Postmodern floor lamps, circa 1980s, featuring sculptural frosted glass flower shades and slender bronze-finished metal stems.
Each lamp is crowned with an extraordinary floral shade composed of overlapping, curved frosted glass petals that can be repositioned around the central light source. The adjustable glass elements transform the appearance of each lamp from a partially closed flower bud into an open blossom, creating a captivating interplay of light, translucency, and sculptural form.
The elegant minimalist stems rise from distinctive three-lobed metal bases with a rich, dark bronze patinated finish. Their architectural proportions contrast beautifully with the organic curves of the glass, reflecting the experimental spirit of late-20th-century Italian lighting design.
Each base bears an engraved cursive signature, believed to identify the original designer or workshop, although the attribution remains under investigation. The electrical dimmer is marked RELCO Milano...
