Decorated throughout with crisp hand-chased floral and foliate designs, highlighted with rich blue and turquoise enamel panels in the traditional Kashmiri manner. The hinged lid opens to a fully gilded interior, with matching chased decoration to the underside of the lid, indicating a good quality piece.
