LOUIS IRION Bench-Made Cherry Grandfather Clock – Item 63950EC Exceptional LOUIS IRION bench-made cherry grandfather clock, approximately 50 years old, showcasing fine hand-crafted construction, traditional 18th-century design, and beautifully detailed Chippendale styling. The clock features a handsome cherry case accented by figured mahogany doors, quarter-column sides, and fine carved details throughout. The bonnet features a beautifully constructed dovetailed top with a dramatic flame finial and broken-arch design, while the bracket feet and substantial proportions further enhance its traditional character. Exceptional bench-made quality is evident throughout this impressive clock. The combination of warm cherry, figured mahogany, carved details, and classic Chippendale elements creates a sophisticated piece well suited to a traditional library, study, foyer, or formal living space. The clock retains its excellent original finish and condition and is currently set up at our location to ensure it is in basic working order. Offered at a fraction of its original retail cost.
