About the Item

Ceremonial cabinet wrapped in blue leather and decorated with gilded nails. Surrounded by talented craftsmen from OAK Oneofakind Studio, Antoine Vignault imagines and designs exceptional furniture, imbued with ancient myths and legends, sacred geometry and fascinating materials. This cabinet is a one-of-a-kind prototype, numbered 1/2 and the only one wrapped in Blue Atlante leather to be showcased in 2014 in a famous Parisian gallery, then in 2016 for the London Design week and finally in Brussels for the first issue of Collectible Design Fair. Only two other Sirius cabinets were made, one in white lacquered for a project in NYC and a bespoke dry bar in burnt orange leather and malachite for a Russian project. 2 shelves, 2 drawers and 2 doors. Antoine VIGNAULT, Designer and art dealer based in Toulouse, France, imagines, designs and produces wonderful unique pieces or limited series, for his privileged clients, decorators and art galleries. These pieces tell the story of mankind in their own way with its formidable hopes and its extraordinary symbolism that has spanned the ages since the dawn of time. This subtle philosophy is aimed above all at open, curious and optimistic minds: “One of A Kind” … Antoine VIGNAULT now offers his collection of exceptional furniture, produced in limited and numbered series. This collection called Constellation explores a universe imbued with ancient myths and legends, sacred geometry and fascinating materials. Supple skins with pure pigments combine with refined wood essences and gold sparkles … The evocation of a mystical setting.
