About the Item

This is a rare gem in the manner of Stickley, and the arts and crafts, Mission Style. It is a vintage Arts & Crafts round oak occasional table. And although it is in the manner of Stickley, we hesitate to make an attribution without a brand or label. But it's charming, useful and in good condition, probably made circa 1950 or a little later than that. The circular top is raised on four slatted or spoke legs. It is unmarked. The table is 28 inches high and 29 inches in diameter. This table is a treasure. The grain of the wood is attractive, but it does show signs of age and use. The top could benefit from a bit of conservancy.

19th Century Mahogany Drop Leaf Table with Turned Legs

Located in Lomita, CA

The dark chocolate tone and the patina of the mahogany make this table irresistible. It is a cllassical style, mahogany drop-leaf table from New England, manufactured in the late 19th century. It is unmarked. Elegance and it saves space. This table has a past and many "personalities." The rectangular top has a straight edge and two hinged drop leaves with fly supports and squared corners over a frame fitted with a single long drawer. The hinges and hardware work perfectly to raise or drop the leaves. The table is raised on cylindrical ring...

Antique, 19th Century Turned Pine Occasional Table

Antique, 19th Century Turned Pine Occasional Table

Located in Lomita, CA

The beautiful details make this 19th century occasional table a standout. The design is 360 degrees with stylized touches from every angle, allowing for more design options. The pine finish has developed a warm patina, and the turned legs are flush with detail. The table is either American or English, late 19th Century. The rectangular top with molded edge over a corresponding frame fitted with a single molded long drawer, is raised on ring-turned legs, joined by a shelf stretcher. One of the planks in the stretcher is loose and will be tightened. This is a surprisingly sturdy and solid piece with nice design features. The table is wonderful in a number of settings, including a kitchen area, a foyer, a library or in a hallway accented with blue and white ceramic objects...
